How long is the free trial?
The free trial lasts 30 days. Freelancer includes one individual workspace for one bartender; Standard includes all Standard features for one location with the normal Standard user limits.
Do I need a payment method?
Yes. A payment method is required to begin the trial. You will not be charged until the 30-day trial ends.
What happens after the trial?
Your subscription automatically converts to the paid plan you selected unless you cancel before the trial ends. Freelancer renews at CA$8.99 per month. Standard renews at the applicable Standard rate, or at the Founding Member rate if your trial began while that offer was active.
Can I cancel before the trial ends?
Yes. Cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
Can I add more users during the trial?
Additional users may be added at no charge during a Standard trial. If you continue after the free month, users above the included limits will be billed at the applicable plan rate. Freelancer is a single-user plan and cannot add users.
Can an organization considering Enterprise use the trial?
Yes. Enterprise prospects can try Standard membership for one location, then choose whether to move to Enterprise after evaluating BarBook.
What if I start while Founding Member pricing is available?
Your trial start date secures eligibility. When the free month ends, Founding Member pricing applies even if the promotion has ended in the meantime.
What does Founding Member pricing include?
Founding Member pricing is CA$29.99 per location, per month for the first 13 consecutive paid months after the trial. Each organization includes one Organization Owner and two Organization Administrators. Each location includes two Bar Managers and six Bartenders. Standard pricing begins after the 13-month promotional period.
How is regular multi-location pricing calculated?
The first location is CA$49.99 per month. Each additional location in the same organization is CA$39.99 per month. Organization-level users are shared across all locations.
How is Enterprise pricing calculated?
Enterprise is CA$249.94 per month for the first six locations. Each additional location is CA$19.99 per month, and each additional user is CA$1.99 per month. Enterprise includes one Organization Owner and four Organization Administrators, plus two Bar Managers and six Bartenders for each location.
